The CAAR DEI Committee brings influential DEI speakers to the membership to broaden their mindset and change the way they think or approach issues and situations. Jason Elliott provided the CAAR membership with a “LGBTQ+ Training” class that helped members create safer and more welcoming virtual and physical spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.
