Four new people will join the Charlottesville City School Board, but who are the candidates?

School Board members James Bryant, LaShundra Morsberger, Sherry Kraft and Jennifer McKeever are not seeking reelection. And there are just four certified candidates vying for the positions: Chris Meyer, Nicole Richardson, Amanda Burns and Shymora Cooper.

The forum will take place on Oct. 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center at 233 4th St NW. Free parking, including accessible parking, is available.
